Simple, asset-count pricing

Pay for the assets you track, not the people tracking them. Add as many operators and admins as you want.

Every paid plan includes the full tracking engine — metered, non-metered, calendar-based, and use-count. No-meter support is a core feature, not an upsell.

Common questions

What if my equipment doesn't have an hour meter?

No problem. Crew Meter can track estimated hours, use count, calendar intervals, inspections, or simple "used today" logs. You still get service reminders and a complete maintenance history without a physical meter.

Can I track trailers, tools, attachments, and small equipment?

Yes. If it can take a QR sticker, you can track it. Crew Meter works for trucks and machines, but also trailers, pumps, compactors, attachments, small tools, tanks, forms, and other jobsite assets.

Do operators have to enter an ending reading?

No. For metered equipment, they enter the current reading when they scan and Crew Meter calculates the usage interval. For non-metered equipment, they enter estimated use, use count, or simply log that the item was used — depending on how you configure it.

Can Crew Meter track calendar-only maintenance?

Yes. Some assets don't need usage readings at all. Crew Meter can track calendar-based inspections, recurring service, replacement dates, and other time-based maintenance.

What counts as "an asset"?

Anything you give a QR sticker. A skid steer counts as one. A trailer counts as one. A truck and the mower it tows are two. A small tool you want to track inspections for counts as one. Retired assets don't count toward your limit.

Is there a per-user fee?

No. Add every operator, mechanic, and admin. We don't charge for seats — only for the asset count.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

Pick a plan and your data carries over. If you don't pick a plan, your account becomes read-only — nothing is deleted, you just can't record new readings until you subscribe.

Can I change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrade and the new asset limit takes effect immediately. Downgrade and you have a 5-day window to bring active assets under the new limit before billing adjusts.
